Contaminant reception

1. The oil pollutants discharged after being treated by the sludge oil-water treatment device can be burned in the incinerator, or through the international shore connection to the terminal receiving facility, and can be discharged to the receiving vessel outside the port.

2: According to the MEPC.107(49) resolution, the technical conditions of slop oil and water treatment equipment are modified. The original gravity method to separate sludge oil and water technology can no longer meet the requirements for processing type C test liquids containing surfactants. The sewage oil and water treatment equipment is improved, and on the basis of gravity separation, ultrafiltration, membrane separation, chemical demulsification and other methods are used to treat the sewage in the emulsified state.

3. According to the amount of slop water produced by the ship, a slop water treatment device can generally be installed in the power cabin to treat the bilge oily water. According to the size of the cabin, the number of mechanical equipment, and the distribution of the cabins, a single cabin slop water treatment system can be set up, or the entire ship's slop water can be collected in the slop water storage tank through a transfer pump, and then processed by a slop water treatment device. , After treatment, the discharged sewage oil meets the requirements of the "73/78 Convention on Prevention and Control", and the oil content of the discharged water is not more than 15ppm. The oil content of the discharged water is monitored by an oil concentration meter. When the oil content exceeds the discharge standard, the unqualified water is returned to the bilge to continue processing until it is qualified.

4. Considering the seriousness of slop oil water pollution to the water area, the discharged water after timely treatment by the slop oil water treatment device meets the international discharge standard. In some water areas and ports, it will also be subject to discharge restrictions in the future. The bilge oil water can be passed internationally. The shore connection connects to the terminal receiving facility, and can be discharged to the receiving vessel outside the port.
